First Login Instructions
- Please enter your member number into the MEMBER NUMBER (username) field. For example, if your membership number is 12345, you will type 12345 in the "MEMBER NUMBER" box on the login screen. Your temporary password will be your last name lowercase. After you click "SIGN IN" you will be taken to a new screen where you will be required to update your temporary password to a secure password of your choosing.
- If you are the spouse of the primary member, please add ‘-S' after your member number as your login. (Ex:12345-S)
Forgot Your Password?
Have your member number ready. Click the Forgot Password link and enter your member number. You will receive an email with your password. If you would like additional assistance, please contact Us.
